Our office and warehouse are located in Espoo, Finland at Olarinluoma 14 B, FI-02200. However, we have been involved in international business ever since the company was founded. This is why we can ship the products in our store anywhere in the world.
Depending from the location where the goods are transported, there can be changes in delivery times.
Once we receive the order, it will generally be processed within 1-2 business days and forwarded to our warehouse. Once the warehouse receives the order, it will be packed and sent to our freight forwarder generally within 1-2 business days. In Europe, all orders are generally transported within 1- business days, and outside Europe, the time can vary but generally is 3-4 business days.
Niva Medical Oy is a family-owned business, where we value our employees and their personal lives. We want to be a great employer for our amazing staff, which is why there might be some exceptions/ delays on the delivery on e.g. public holidays. However, we value our customers also, which is why we want to process each order as fast as we can.
The selected shipping carrier will differ, depending on where the goods will be shipped. Generally we use the Finnish postal services, DSV and Post Nord for transporting the goods purchased in our store. In some instances, we might have a local and trusted dealer outside Finland, then we can use them directly so the customers will receive the order faster.
According to Finnish and EU legislation, all customers have a statutory right to return the purchased product(s) within 14 days from the day the order is received. We offer this right also for our customers outside the EU. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition they were received in. Furthermore, the products should be sent in their original packaging and remain unopened. If more than 14 days have passed since the order has been received, we will not offer a refund or exchange.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) and wants a refund, any reasonable postal service/ logistic partner available in that specific market can be used to do so. If the product(s) are unused and shipped within 14 days upon receiving them, we will refund the purchase and the transportation costs in full.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
